Radiation monitoring

Particulate matter (PM) is the term for a mixture of solid particles and liquid droplets found in the air

Particle pollution includes several measurement ranges respectively particle fractions generally TSP particulates, respirable particles PM-10, "coarse particles" diameters larger than 2.5 micrometers smaller than 10 micrometers and "fine particles" diameter 2.5 micrometers PM2.5 and smaller even than 1.0 micrometers in diameter PM 1.0.

These particles come in many shapes and sizes and composition is possible from dozens of different chemicals. Some particles, called primary particles are emitted directly from a source, such as construction sites, unpaved roads, fields, chimneys or fires. Others create complex reactions in the atmosphere of chemicals Cgongofrit and nitrogen oxides emitted from power plants, automobile industries. These particles, called secondary particles are fine particles throughout most of the world.

EnviroManager system provides continuous monitoring and sampling of the particles of the following types:

  • TSP
  • PM10
  • PM2.5
  • PM2.5 ... 10
  • PM1.0
  • LVS
  • HVS
